Slow Down! One of the big reasons that people do not get the accuracy that they are desiring is because they are shooting too fast. Shooting fundamentals are the development of fine motor skills.

If you are not paying attention to what your body is doing and working to refine the motor function, it is very difficult to obtain any level of accuracy.

Slowing down will help you catch flinching or tension in the body before it occurs. That will lead to smaller shot groups and better success on the range.

So next time, take your time!

Think about the Founding of this country. Think about where the founders were coming from, and what they produced. They revolted against many ills that this country is now traveling toward.

They were armed and they formed militias, and entered into a war for freedom. Today, we are a well armed society, but, I fear we are not willing to enter into a war to regain our country.

We have comfy homes, nice cars and electronic enjoyment to pass our time away, to stick our heads in sand. All the while, the wolf is at the door.

Are you ready, willing and able to protect this country against enemies foreign and domestic? Do you realize that the first and second amendments to our constitution were written to give power to the people against the government?

What to do... Organize a force within your sphere of influence. React loudly against the path this government has chosen to take us. Be ready to stand firm at your "Bunker Hill". These people (the government) will fold if pushed. So push, push, push.

Despite a weak economy and slumping retail sales, firearm sales continued to increase in January, continuing an upswing that began after November's election...
